Labor Day Reflection

Just sit there. You don’t have to do anything. Just be. Rest your eyes.

I remember words like this when I need direction or may be stressed. We get worked up over trivial things that often work themselves out without our control.

A lot of these things you can “look back on and laugh”. You just have to keep cruising down that dark highway until the sun shines in the morning.

Relax this labor day…try to relax more every day.
